Sports Mentoring

Through personalised one-to-one sports sessions, our dedicated mentors work closely with children to positively impact the mental wellbeing of young minds. Our mentoring sessions are a great approach for children who may find classroom based provisions difficult.

 

It creates a safe space for open dialogue about emotions and daily challenges, enabling children to learn and develop their confidence, self awareness, self regulation and many more. An additional benefit of having a mentor is the establishing of meaningful relationships, aiding to unlock one's full potential.
