Learning without Limits

Welcome to Paston Ridings Primary School!

11th May 2020

Dear Parents/Carers

Prime Minister’s Briefing

I am sure like me, many of you will have watched the Prime Minister’s address last night, hearing him saying that the government believes they may be in a position to gradually reopen schools from 1st June, starting with children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 6.

I am sure you will have many questions. Having just seen the announcement, we are not yet in a position to answer all the questions you are likely to have. We are now waiting for more information from the government about what this means for Paston Ridings Primary, it’s pupils and families.

For the time being, nothing has changed. We will continue to run our child care provision at school and our food bank, to support our pupils and families. We will also still provide home learning for the children and will keep in regular contact with you all.

I will, of course, keep in touch and send out more information this week, as soon as I am able.

We are all very much looking forward to welcoming all of the children back to school, when it is safe to do so.

Thank you for your ongoing support.

Kind Regards

Mrs Cook
