Year 3 have been excited to jump right back into learning after our Christmas break. We are retelling the story of The Iron Man in English with our own new ending. This helps us use our imagination and we are really good at that!
We have been exploring magnets and force in Science and have had a great time getting to do a lot of hands on exploring and experimenting.
For our R.E. day we learned all about Hindu's and what they believe about Karma. We got to create our own Snakes and Ladders game to explain karma. We also got to act out stories from the Panchatantra - a book of stories for children to learn about karma. There were lots of giggles and excellent acting! It's been a busy month!
