Trip to Tallington Farm

This week we took a group of children to Tallington Farm. The children were greeted by Louise who taught us all about the different kinds of Christmas trees, we can grow in England. They got to see how and where the trees grow at the farm and plant some Christmas trees of their own.

Louise then showed and told us all about the best type of seeds to feed birds, and the best way to feed them, to stop other animal eating it all.

At the end of the trip the children were given a real Christmas tree to take back to school.
