Healthy children!

In Science we have been learning all about how to grow up to be healthy adults. We started by looking at what makes a healthy diet. It includes: protein, dairy, carbohydrates, vegetables and fruits.

We know that we need to have a balanced diet, with some treats, to grow up into healthy, strong adults. We applied our knowledge and made ourselves a healthy packed lunch to take home. It was delicious!
