Cheetahs have had a fantastic half term packed with exciting learning! We’ve been diving into the fascinating world of Queen Victoria and discovering how she helped to shape such an incredible empire.
From building railways to expanding trade across the world, we’ve explored how life changed during her reign. The children even stepped into Queen Victoria’s shoes by writing diary entries from her perspective on the day of her coronation – all the way back on the 28th of June 1838.
In Maths, we’ve been strengthening our understanding of place value, multiplication and division, using a range of strategies to solve increasingly tricky problems. It’s been a busy and brilliant term in the Cheetah class!
